Questions

Common questions.

How does the free trial work?
Sign up and get full access to your plan for 14 days. No card required. We email you before the trial ends; add billing to continue or let it lapse.
What counts as a portco?
Any active portfolio company with a thesis ledger in your workspace. Add-ons rolled into a platform count as one until you split them out.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; we prorate the difference on your next annual invoice.
Do you offer a design-partner program?
We work with a small number of funds as design partners each quarter. Email us if that is a better fit than a standard plan.
How does data get in?
Import the IC memo to seed the thesis, then connect NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, or upload the monthly Excel pack. Actuals refresh weekly.
Is my data secure?
Workspaces are isolated per fund. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, audit logging, and custom retention. We never train models on your data.
