Questions

Common questions.

What does it cost today?
Nothing. OperatorBoard is in preview and no billing is wired up yet, so every workspace has the full platform. The prices here are the intended list for when it is.
What counts as a portco?
Any active portfolio company with a thesis in your workspace. Add-ons rolled into a platform count as one until you split them out.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; we prorate the difference on your next annual invoice.
Do you offer a design-partner program?
We work with a small number of funds as design partners each quarter. Email us if that is a better fit than a standard plan.
How does data get in?
Import the IC memo to seed the thesis, then connect QuickBooks, Xero, Salesforce, or HubSpot, or upload the monthly Excel pack. Connected systems pull on demand: you or the portco operator runs the sync, and the numbers pre-fill that period's report. NetSuite, Workday, and warehouse connectors are listed on the roadmap, not live.
Is my data secure?
Workspaces are isolated per fund by Postgres row-level security, and we never train models on your data. SSO/SAML, audit-log export, and configurable retention are committed roadmap items rather than shipped features; the security page says exactly what is live today and what is not.

Start carrying the thesis to exit.
