- How does the free trial work?
- Sign up and get full access to your plan for 14 days. No card required. We email you before the trial ends; add billing to continue or let it lapse.
- What counts as a portco?
- Any active portfolio company with a thesis ledger in your workspace. Add-ons rolled into a platform count as one until you split them out.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; we prorate the difference on your next annual invoice.
- Do you offer a design-partner program?
- We work with a small number of funds as design partners each quarter. Email us if that is a better fit than a standard plan.
- How does data get in?
- Import the IC memo to seed the thesis, then connect NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, or upload the monthly Excel pack. Actuals refresh weekly.
- Is my data secure?
- Workspaces are isolated per fund. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, audit logging, and custom retention. We never train models on your data.
